The Glow Nw is a flexible LED strip light that hangs from the ceiling in a long, glowing line, 400cm long and 2.2cm in diameter. A white plastic diffuser runs its full length and softens the LEDs inside into a smooth, continuous band of light, while the canopies that hold it at the ceiling carry a textured black finish. It gives 3,600 lumens, enough to light a dining table or a kitchen island properly rather than simply decorate the space. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in dry rooms, and never in a bathroom or on an outside wall.

Because the tube is flexible, you decide the shape: a lazy wave over a dining table, a deep loop that dips between the beams of a loft, or a long sweep above an open-plan kitchen. Fine suspension wires hold it at points along its length, so the curve keeps the form you give it. It suits anyone who wants the light itself to be the thing people remember, and it looks just as at home in a café or bar as in a living room; in a larger space, several hung together read like handwriting drawn across the ceiling. It is not dimmable and has no switch of its own, so it simply comes on and goes off with your wall switch, at full brightness every time. Packed, it weighs 2.188KG.
