Description

The Glacia is an 880mm linear ceiling canopy in brass finish, designed to support three pendant lights from a single ceiling point. The rectangular metal plate measures 880mm long by 70mm wide with three cable exit points spaced evenly along the length, allowing pendants to be hung in a line rather than from separate ceiling roses.

Linear canopies like the Glacia suit dining tables, kitchen islands and bar counters where multiple pendants need to hang in a row from a single ceiling joist position. The 880mm length works over tables 1600-2000mm long or kitchen islands 2000-2500mm long, typically with three pendants spaced 300-400mm apart along the canopy. The brass plate conceals the ceiling cut and wiring, while the three exit points allow each pendant cable to drop at the required spacing without visible surface wiring.

The brass finish is a warm metallic coating over a steel base plate, providing both the structural rigidity to support three pendant fittings and a decorative finish that pairs with brass, gold or warm metallic pendant hardware. The 70mm projection from ceiling to bottom edge of the plate is shallow enough to sit close to the ceiling while still accommodating UK standard ceiling rose depth and wiring access.
