Description

The Giro is a 102cm-height bar stool with a curved plywood seat shell upholstered in light stone polyester textile, mounted on four slender black powder-coated metal legs with an integrated footrest. The seat back wraps around the sides in an open-arm profile, giving lateral support without fully enclosing the sitter, and the foam padding beneath the upholstery provides give without bottoming out under weight.

Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars and home bar counters with worktop heights between 900-1000mm, the Giro pairs a compact 52cm width with a 61cm depth that tucks neatly under most overhanging worktops when not in use. The footrest sits approximately 450mm above floor level, giving a natural resting position for feet and reducing pressure on the back of the thighs during longer seated periods. The black metal legs contrast with the light stone upholstery to suit both warm-toned and cooler contemporary interiors.

The plywood shell construction keeps the overall weight to 7.5kg, making the stool easy to move for cleaning or rearranging seating positions. The 100% polyester upholstery fabric is finished with decorative stitching that follows the curve of the seat edge, reinforcing the seams and adding a defined line detail.
