Description

The Gianna is a 660mm wall light built around a single E14 candle bulb fitting enclosed in a tall aged mirrored glass cylinder. The hand-painted gilded silver metal frame wraps the glass in a vertical lantern shape, with cut crystal droplets suspended from the top finial and base of the frame. The mirrored glass inside the cylinder reflects and multiplies the light from the exposed bulb, while the crystals catch and refract it outward.

Designed for hallways, stairwells and bedroom walls where vertical space allows, the 660mm height sits comfortably on walls between 2.4m and 3m high, positioned at or slightly above head height. The 114mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting clear of doorways and circulation routes, while the 140mm width keeps the visual weight contained to a single vertical accent rather than a broad horizontal spread. The aged mirror finish inside the glass gives the fitting a softened, antique tone rather than a bright reflective surface.

The gilded silver finish on the metal frame is hand-painted, so tonal variation between individual fixtures is normal and contributes to the aged character of the piece. The cut crystal droplets are faceted glass rather than acrylic, giving sharper light refraction and more weight to the overall fitting.
