The Gentry is a large fan built for rooms that need real air movement. With a 65 inch blade span across nine wood veneer blades, it moves plenty of air and suits open living spaces, big bedrooms and kitchen-diners where a smaller fan would struggle to keep things comfortable. The weathered zinc finish leans towards an industrial look, though it settles happily into modern, classic and rustic rooms alike. An integrated LED light sits at the centre, giving you soft ambient light that can be dimmed to suit the mood.

At the heart of the fan is a DC motor, which is the reason it runs so smoothly and quietly. There are six forward speeds to choose from, plus a reverse function that pushes warm air back down in winter, and a motor-off setting when you only want the light. Rated at 47 dBa at its highest speed, it stays quiet enough to sit under while you read, work or sleep. Everything is handled by the supplied remote control, so you can adjust speed, direction and light without leaving your seat.

Mounting is flexible. The fan works with a standard fitting on flat ceilings and an angled fitting on sloped ones, and it comes with a downrod to set the blades at a sensible height below the ceiling pan.
