Description

The Gaudi Left is a 2 light wall light from Mantra's Gaudi range, combining a brown and black oxide metal frame with two amber frosted glass shades that show a marbled texture across the surface. The frame extends in a left-facing orientation from a square wall plate, with two arms angling outwards to hold the spiral-form glass shades. Each shade takes a G9 bulb (sold separately) and the fitting includes an integrated switch mounted on the frame for direct on/off control without needing a wall switch.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways where wall-mounted lighting provides ambient or accent light without occupying floor or table space, the Gaudi Left sits 150mm proud of the wall once fitted. The left-facing design means it can be paired with the matching right-facing version (M3205/S/R, sold separately) to create a symmetrical arrangement either side of a mirror, fireplace or doorway, or used individually where an asymmetric look suits the room layout. The 400mm width and 280mm height give the fitting enough presence to work as a feature light on its own wall, while the 1kg weight keeps installation straightforward on standard plasterboard with appropriate fixings.

The amber frosted glass diffuses the light from both G9 bulbs, softening the output and reducing glare while keeping enough brightness for functional room lighting. The marbled effect in the glass means each shade shows different swirl patterns depending on how the glass was formed, so no two Gaudi fittings look identical when lit. The brown and black oxide finish on the metal frame gives an aged, slightly textured appearance that pairs with both traditional and industrial-leaning interiors. The fitting accepts dimmable G9 LED or halogen bulbs, allowing brightness to be adjusted via a compatible dimmer switch (separate to the on/off switch on the fitting itself).
