Description

The Frame is a 6-light semi-flush ceiling light built around a gold-finished metal frame in three curved tiers, each tier holding two E14 bulb positions behind ribbed glass tubes. The glass tubes run vertically around each bulb, their embossed ribbing diffusing the light outward while the gold frame forms geometric arcs between the tiers. Each tier steps down in diameter, creating a tiered drum profile 554mm wide and 282mm deep.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4-3m where a full pendant drop would feel too low, the Frame suits living rooms, dining rooms over smaller tables, bedroom centres and entrance halls. The 282mm drop allows the fitting to sit close to the ceiling while the three-tier structure gives it enough visual presence to anchor a 4-5m room. The gold finish works in both warm-toned classical interiors and contemporary schemes where metallic accents are used alongside neutral walls.

The ribbed glass tubes run floor-to-ceiling inside each arc of the gold frame, giving the fitting a vertical rhythm that draws the eye upward. The IP20 rating limits the Frame to dry indoor locations only. Six E14 bulbs are required (sold separately), with most users choosing warm-white LEDs between 4-6W and 2700-3000K to match the warm tone of the gold metalwork. Is the Frame suitable for low ceilings?

Yes. The 282mm drop from ceiling to base allows the Frame to fit rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above without the fitting hanging too low. This makes it a good alternative to longer pendant lights in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways where headroom is limited.

What bulbs does it take?

The Frame takes six E14 small Edison screw bulbs, each up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700-3000K to complement the gold finish.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Frame is rated for dry indoor locations only and must not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor covered areas where moisture is present.

How is the fitting cleaned?

Switch off the power at the mains. Wipe the gold frame and glass tubes with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks on the glass, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal frame or getting water into the bulb holders.
