Description

The Fragma is a 10cm diameter pendant light combining a black chrome metal frame with a spherical glass shade that blends frosted and clear sections. The metal frame wraps around the sphere in three curved ribs, suspending it on a single cable with an adjustable drop of 190mm-2000mm. A single G9 fitting inside the sphere provides the light source (bulb sold separately).

Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars and corridor runs, the Fragma works as a solo pendant or in multiples spaced 600-800mm apart over longer surfaces. The 10cm sphere is compact enough to avoid dominating small kitchens but substantial enough to be visible from across a room. The adjustable drop suits ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards, with the pendant typically set 700-900mm above a worktop or dining surface.

The black chrome finish provides a darker, cooler metallic tone compared to polished chrome, pairing comfortably with matt black cabinetry, stainless steel and industrial-style interiors. The frosted-clear glass sphere diffuses light outward while leaving the bulb slightly visible through the clear sections, so a decorative G9 LED bulb can add visual interest. At 0.58kg the pendant is light enough to hang from standard ceiling roses without additional support.
