Description

The Fortano is a wall light built around a U-shaped brushed brass arm that supports a white opal cylindrical glass shade. The arm extends 18.5cm from the wall and holds the 31cm-tall glass cylinder at its base, with the E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) housed inside. The brass frame is finished in a low-sheen brushed surface that softens reflections compared to polished brass.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living room accent walls and flanking bathroom mirrors, the Fortano provides vertical uplighting and downlighting through the open ends of the opal cylinder. The shade diffuses the light output from the bulb, avoiding harsh glare while still delivering enough brightness for functional circulation lighting. The 10cm width keeps the projection minimal for narrower hallways or beside headboards where depth is limited.

The opal white glass is a solid milk-glass material rather than frosted clear glass, giving a consistent white appearance when off and a softer, more diffused glow when lit.
