Description

This artificial flower stem brings the bright arrival of spring indoors with a spray of golden forsythia. Each length of stem is dotted with clusters of small yellow blooms, their four narrow petals fanning outward just as they do on the branches that flower before their leaves in early spring. The colour runs from a soft buttery tone through to a warm, saturated yellow, giving the stem depth rather than a flat, printed finish. A few slim green leaves sit among the flowers, breaking up the density and adding a natural touch to the woody branches.

Standing 108cm tall with a width of 35cm and a depth of 15cm, the forsythia works well in a tall floor vase by an entrance or fireplace, where its height can be shown off properly. The branching stems can be bent and angled, so you can spread them wide for an airy look or gather them close for a fuller display. Mix it with other artificial flower stem varieties for a layered arrangement, or pair a few together in a plain ceramic or glass vessel to let the yellow do the talking against a neutral wall.
