Each shade is hand-formed from cream-peeled glass with visible texture variation, so no two pieces look identical when lit. The lamp stands 360mm tall on a circular oxide base and takes three G9 bulbs (sold separately) rated up to 40W each.

Designed for side tables, console tables and bedside tables where decorative accent lighting is needed alongside task light from another source, the Forest provides ambient glow rather than directed reading light. The amber frosted glass diffuses the bulb filaments completely, casting soft warm light outwards and downwards without glare. The 180mm diameter footprint sits comfortably on most bedside tables without overhanging the edge.

The brown oxide finish on the metal frame has a textured, aged appearance that pairs naturally with wood furniture, earth-toned fabrics and traditional or transitional interiors. The branching form references natural twig structures without literal replication. The Forest takes three G9 capsule bulbs, each rated up to 40W. Bulbs are sold separately. We suggest pairing this with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 3W-5W and 2700K-3000K for a soft ambient glow that complements the amber glass.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, the lamp is dimmable when paired with dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch or dimmer plug. The lamp itself does not include dimmer controls. Dimming must be controlled at the power source.

How does the glass texture vary?

Each amber glass shade is hand-formed with a cream-peeled surface texture, so the exact pattern and intensity of the peeling effect differ between individual shades. This is a feature of the handcraft process, not a defect.

Is it suitable as a reading light?
