The Focus Zoom is a 12W LED track spotlight with an adjustable beam angle from 15° to 50°, allowing the light spread to be narrowed for accent lighting or widened for general wash. The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light through a recessed lens mounted in a black aluminium cylindrical body. The spotlight mounts to single-phase track systems via a rotating clip-on adapter that locks into the track channel.

Designed for retail displays, gallery lighting, kitchens and living rooms where directed light is needed, the Focus Zoom pairs task and accent lighting in one fitting. The beam angle adjustment sits behind the lens bezel and can be changed on installation or later without removing the spotlight from the track. The swivel mechanism allows the head to tilt and rotate independently of the track orientation, giving flexibility to light vertical surfaces, tabletops or architectural features from a fixed track position.

The aluminium body measures 12.5cm in length and 5.5cm diameter, projecting approximately 15.8cm from the track when fitted. The recessed LED and lens design keeps the UGR glare rating at 15, making the spotlight comfortable for prolonged viewing in residential and hospitality settings. The 12W output is dimmable via compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmers, allowing brightness control from full output down to approximately 10% depending on dimmer model.

The black powder-coated finish on the aluminium body resists fingerprints and pairs cleanly with black, grey and white track systems. The IP20 rating suits dry interior locations including kitchens, but the fitting is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use. What track system does this fit?

The Focus Zoom fits single-phase track systems with a standard recessed channel. The rotating clip-on adapter locks into the track and can be repositioned along the track length without tools. Confirm your existing track is single-phase before ordering — this spotlight will not fit three-circuit or two-circuit track systems.

Can the beam angle be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The beam adjustment mechanism sits behind the lens bezel and can be changed from 15° spot to 50° flood at any time. The adjustment does not require removing the spotlight from the track, though it may be easier to adjust with the spotlight temporarily unclipped.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer type is needed?

The 12W LED is dimmable via trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmers rated for LED loads. Dimming range depends on the specific dimmer model — most achieve 10-100% brightness. Test compatibility with your chosen dimmer before installing multiple units on the same circuit.

What's the difference between 15° and 50° beam angles?
