Description

The Focus is a 227mm round recessed downlight with an integrated 30W LED delivering neutral 4000K light through a white aluminium bezel. The LED sits recessed behind the trim, casting direct downward illumination from a ceiling void without the lamp being visible from normal viewing angles below.

Designed for kitchens, offices, retail spaces and commercial corridors where neutral task lighting is needed without yellowing or blue tones, the 4000K output provides clear visibility for paperwork, food preparation and product displays. The 30W output suits ceiling heights of 2.4-3.0m over workspaces and circulation areas. The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor locations only — not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor covered areas.

The aluminium construction keeps the fitting lightweight for installation into plasterboard ceilings, while the white powder-coated finish blends into white or off-white ceiling finishes. The 227mm diameter requires a ceiling void depth of at least 100mm above the plaster line for the LED driver and heat dissipation. Once installed, the round bezel sits flush with the ceiling plane, giving a clean minimalist finish with no protruding housing or visible fixings.
