This Flenane ceiling light sits flush to the ceiling, with a domed cage of curved steel slats in a soft sand colour that pairs comfortably with warm neutrals and pale woods. It measures 43cm across and 18cm high, so it makes a generous shape overhead while keeping close to the ceiling. A single E27 lampholder sits at the centre of the cage and takes a bulb of up to 40W; the bulb is not included, which leaves the choice of colour temperature and style entirely yours. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in dry rooms.

Because it sits flush rather than hanging, it suits rooms where a pendant would crowd the space, such as a living room with a modest ceiling height, a bedroom or a hallway.
