The Flenane is a flush ceiling light with a rounded, domed cage of curved steel slats, finished in a soft sand colour. It measures 28cm across and 18cm high, so it sits close to the ceiling and keeps a room feeling open where a hanging pendant would drop too low. It takes one E27 bulb of up to 40W, and the bulb is not included, which leaves the choice of shape and warmth to you. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms, so it is one for the living room, bedroom or hallway rather than the bathroom or the porch.

Because it sits flush, the Flenane suits rooms with lower ceilings and landings or hallways where headroom matters.
