The Flavia is an 80cm telescopic chandelier built around eight radiating arms in an antique brass finish, each terminating in a frosted and clear glass shade housing a G9 bulb (sold separately). The central telescopic rod adjusts the overall drop from a minimum 530mm to a maximum 780mm, allowing the chandelier to suit ceiling heights from 2.4m to 3.2m depending on room scale.

Designed for dining rooms, open-plan kitchen-diners and double-height entrance halls, the Flavia provides both ambient and decorative lighting across an approximate 2.5-3m floor area directly beneath the fitting. The arms extend in a symmetrical starburst arrangement from a central hub, with the frosted glass shading each G9 bulb to reduce glare while the clear outer layer adds a polished finish. At 3.9kg the chandelier requires a ceiling rose rated for suspension loads and professional installation is recommended.

The antique brass finish sits between polished brass and darker bronze, with a warm golden-brown tone that shows subtle variations across the metal surface rather than a uniform shine. This pairs well with warm-toned interiors, traditional joinery and rooms with heritage features such as picture rails or period fireplaces. No. The Flavia takes eight G9 bulbs (sold separately). Most users pair it with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for a warm ambient effect suitable for dining rooms.

How is the drop adjusted?

The central rod telescopes, allowing the overall drop to be set anywhere between 530mm and 780mm during installation. Once set, the chandelier remains at that height unless the installer adjusts it again.

What ceiling height does it need?

The 530mm minimum drop works in rooms with 2.4m ceilings when suspended above a dining table or in an entrance hall. The 780mm maximum drop suits taller ceilings of 2.8m or above, particularly in double-height spaces where the chandelier needs visual presence.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Yes, provided you fit dimmable G9 bulbs and connect the chandelier to a compatible dimmer switch on the mains circuit. The chandelier itself has no built-in dimmer.
