Description

The Flavia is a 4 light semi-flush ceiling light with a telescopic central stem adjustable from 510mm to 760mm drop, allowing the fitting to function as either a low-profile semi-flush or a short-drop chandelier depending on ceiling height. Four symmetrical arms extend from a central black chrome hub, each terminating in a dual-layer glass shade combining frosted inner and clear outer glass. Each arm takes a G9 bulb (sold separately).

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and hallway landings with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, the Flavia suits both lower modern ceilings where a full chandelier drop would be too imposing and mid-height ceilings where additional drop adds presence. The 540mm diameter covers a 4-6 seat dining table without overwhelming the space, while the four-arm configuration distributes light evenly across the room rather than concentrating it in a single pool beneath the fitting.

The black chrome finish is a PVD-coated dark metallic tone partway between gunmetal and polished chrome, with a semi-reflective surface that catches and softens ambient light without creating hard mirror reflections. The frosted inner glass diffuses the G9 bulb glow while the clear outer layer adds depth and a subtle prismatic effect when the light is on. The telescopic stem locks at any point between minimum and maximum drop via an internal collar mechanism, set during installation. At 2.1kg the fitting requires a ceiling rose capable of supporting at least 3kg for safety margin.
