Description

This silverplated photo frame keeps things simple, with a flat edge of bright, polished silver around a single rectangular opening. The band of metal is wide and smooth, with a fine stepped line where it meets the picture, so the eye goes straight to the photograph inside. It takes a 7 x 5in print, the classic size for a favourite portrait or a well-loved family photograph, and there is no mount, so your picture fills the opening right up to the silver. Overall the frame measures 20cm high, 15cm wide and just 1.2cm deep, a slim, neat size that sits comfortably beside other frames.

A strut at the back lets it stand on its own, so it needs no wall and no fixings: set it on a bedside table, a mantelpiece, a hall shelf or a desk at work. The back also carries small hanging fittings, so it can go on the wall instead if you prefer.
