Description

The Flairix-3 is a 110mm square recessed downlight moulded from white gypsum plaster with a single GU10 bulb fitting. The plaster body sits flush with the ceiling once installed, with the lamp holder recessed 60mm into the void above, leaving only the square white surround visible below ceiling level. The fixture accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to 50W (sold separately) and supports dimming with compatible GU10 dimmable bulbs and a GU10-rated dimmer.

Designed for dry indoor use in living rooms, hallways, kitchens and bedrooms with accessible ceiling voids of at least 60mm depth, the Flairix-3 provides directed downlight without visible hardware. The plaster construction can be painted over once installed, allowing the fitting to disappear entirely into a white or coloured ceiling surface. The square aperture gives a cleaner geometric edge than circular downlights, pairing well with contemporary interiors and grid-based ceiling layouts.

The 110mm footprint makes the Flairix-3 compact enough to fit between joists in standard UK residential construction (400-600mm joist spacing). The plaster body does not conduct electricity and carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use only — it is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor installation.
