The Fasvette is a traditional six-sided lantern for an outside wall, with a black cast aluminium body and clear glass panels. It is an upward design, so the lantern sits above its curved arm, topped with a small finial and finished with a turned drop finial under the arm. It stands 32cm tall, has a length of 16.5cm and projects 23cm from the wall. It takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W, and the bulb is not included, so you can pick the light colour you prefer. The IP44 rating means it is protected from splashing water, so it lives outdoors on a house wall.

This is the classic lantern shape that looks at home beside a front door, a back door or a porch, and a pair either side of an entrance gives a neat, balanced look. It can also be mounted on a corner, which is handy where the corner of the house is the best spot for light over a path, a drive or a patio. The clear glass hides none of the bulb's light, so you get a welcoming glow at the door when guests arrive.
