This resin dragon figurine sits hunched on top of a pair of sculpted books, its wings raised and its long tail curling down to the base. The dragon is finished in a metallic blue with purple highlights along its spines, silver through the wings and touches of gold at the horn and wing tips, so it catches the light from every side. Beneath it, the upright book has a warm brown cover worked with raised scrollwork, a silver skull at its centre and lettering reading DRAGO near the foot, half hidden where the tail curls across. It stands on a second book laid flat. The piece measures 21cm tall, 16cm across and 12.5cm deep.
