Description

The Exility is a 1m magnetic surface-mounted track built from a black aluminium profile that runs 48V DC current to magnetic lighting fittings. The track mounts directly to ceilings or walls, with integral wiring channels concealed inside the 52mm-high, 26mm-wide profile. Magnetic spot lights, pendant adaptors and linear modules attach to the track via embedded magnets, allowing fittings to be repositioned or swapped without rewiring.

Designed for retail showrooms, galleries, offices and residential spaces where lighting layouts need to adapt over time, the Exility track supports multiple fittings on a single run. The 48V DC system requires a compatible driver (sold separately) to convert 230V mains to low voltage. The surface-mount configuration suits installations where recessed track is impractical or where ceilings lack sufficient void depth. The black finish integrates with contemporary interiors and minimises visual contrast against dark ceilings.

The aluminium extrusion carries an IP20 rating, meaning it is suitable for dry indoor environments only. The track ships as a 1m length but can be cut to shorter dimensions on-site or joined to additional lengths using connector accessories (sold separately). Each track accepts magnetic fittings rated for 48V DC operation, allowing a mix of accent, task and decorative lighting on the same circuit.

Does the track come with a power supply?

No. The track requires a separate 48V DC driver to convert 230V mains power. The driver must be rated to handle the combined wattage of all fittings on the track. Drivers are sold separately.

Can the track be cut to shorter lengths?

Yes. The 1m aluminium profile can be cut on-site to suit specific installation dimensions. Use a fine-toothed saw and deburr the cut edge before fitting end caps.

Can multiple tracks be joined together?

Yes. Additional 1m lengths can be joined using connector accessories sold separately. Check that the total circuit load does not exceed the driver's rated output when extending track runs.
