Description

This is the Bird V2 LED pendant light in white and gold, sold as an ex-display piece. The fitting features a single origami-style bird sculpted from white acrylic, perched on a horizontal brushed gold metal branch that extends from a vertical brass-finished drop rod. An integrated LED inside the bird's body lights the acrylic from within, with a tapered acrylic tail extending below the branch that also glows when illuminated.

This is an ex-display item, sold as seen. It may show light handling marks consistent with showroom use. The piece is otherwise fully functional and ready to install. With a 36cm diameter and 130cm overall drop, it suits hanging above dining tables, kitchen islands, hallway voids and bedside positions where a sculptural pendant is wanted instead of a conventional shade.

Construction is metal and acrylic, with the gold-finished metalwork forming the rod, branch and folded wing tips of the bird, and the white acrylic forming the body, head and tail. The integrated LED removes the need for bulb replacement and the IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor locations. The acrylic body diffuses warm light through the white panels while the polished tail concentrates light into a downward beam.

The IP20 rating limits the pendant to dry indoor locations such as living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, hallways and over kitchen islands away from sinks. It is not rated for bathroom zones or external use.

How is the height adjusted?

The 130cm overall height is set by the rigid drop rod. On installation, the rod can typically be shortened by an electrician to suit lower ceilings. Please confirm specific adjustment options before fitting.
