Description

The Eve is a 3-light wall fitting with an anthracite-finished metal branch frame supporting three cube-shaped white fabric shades. Each shade houses an E27 bulb fitting (bulbs sold separately), and the 600mm horizontal span positions the three lights at regular intervals along the wall. The fabric shades are lined to diffuse the light output evenly, casting ambient rather than directed light.

Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and hallways with wall space of 700mm or wider, the Eve mounts on a 140mm back plate and projects 140mm from the wall. The three-light configuration delivers enough output to act as primary ambient lighting in rooms up to 15m², or as supplementary wall-mounted accent lighting in larger spaces. The anthracite frame contrasts with the white shades, giving the fitting visible presence under daylight as well as when lit.

The fabric shades are lightly textured with a vertical ribbed pattern visible in the image, and the oval/rectangular cube shape gives each shade a footprint of approximately 130mm wide by 120mm tall. The anthracite finish on the metal frame is a dark grey-black with a low-sheen surface that minimises reflections. The frame's branch-style arms curve gently outward from the central back plate, giving the fitting an organic rather than geometric profile.

Mantra manufactures the Eve in Spain. The 1.8kg weight reflects the solid metal construction of the frame and back plate. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E27 bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer (sold separately).

What wall space is needed?

Can the shades be cleaned?

The white fabric shades can be dusted with a soft brush or vacuumed gently using an upholstery attachment. For marks, a barely-damp microfibre cloth may be used, but avoid soaking the fabric. The shades are not removable for washing without disassembling the fitting.
