It uses three GU10 caps fitted with PAR16 lamps, each up to 10W. Because the bulbs are not integrated you choose them yourself, so you can pick dimmable GU10 lamps and pair them with a compatible dimmer if you want adjustable brightness. Colour temperature is also set by your choice of bulb.
