Esta 4 Light Square Crystal Flush Ceiling Light - Polished Chrome

The Esta is a 370mm square flush ceiling light with four G9 bulbs set behind a frosted glass diffuser, surrounded by cascading pyramid-cut crystal strands suspended from a polished chrome frame. The 160mm total projection suits ceilings of 2.3m or higher where a pendant would hang too low but ambient and decorative light is still needed.

Designed for hallways, landing areas, bedrooms and en-suites, the Esta balances functional ceiling illumination with visual interest from the refracted light through the crystal perimeter. The frosted glass softens the G9 output and prevents glare when looking up at the fitting, while the crystal strands catch and scatter light across the room. The square geometry works in both traditional and contemporary settings, pairing well with rectilinear furniture layouts and square or rectangular room proportions.

The polished chrome finish reflects ambient light during the day and reinforces the brightness of the bulbs when lit. Each crystal strand hangs from a wire grid fixed to the chrome canopy, creating a consistent curtain of faceted glass around all four sides of the fitting. The 3.1kg weight requires a standard UK ceiling rose with secure fixings into joists or ceiling board anchor points. Dimming is possible with compatible dimmable G9 LED or halogen bulbs and a suitable trailing-edge dimmer.

What bulbs does it take?

The Esta takes four G9 capsule bulbs up to 33W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 2.5-4W and 2700K-3000K for ambient room lighting.

Can the Esta be dimmed?

How are the crystals cleaned?

The crystal strands can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth while the fitting is switched off and cool. For more thorough cleaning, individual strands can be unhooked from the wire grid, washed in warm soapy water, rinsed, dried and re-hung.
