Description

The Eris is a 900mm LED wall lamp built around three overlapping circular metal discs finished in matt black, each housing an integrated LED module that backlights the plate to create a floating halo effect against the wall. The combined 24W LED output delivers 1920 lumens at 3000K warm white across a 120° beam angle, providing ambient wall-wash rather than directed task light.

Designed for living rooms, hallways and stairwells where horizontal wall space allows the 900mm length to sit comfortably above furniture or along uninterrupted stretches, the Eris works as feature lighting rather than functional. The three circular plates vary in diameter from approximately 200mm to 290mm and overlap along the 900mm horizontal bar, casting asymmetric shadows and giving depth to the silhouette when lit. The 32mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall despite its visual presence.

The matt black finish absorbs daylight and makes the fitting recede when switched off, while the warm-white LED backlight becomes the primary visual feature when on. The three separate LED modules are not individually switchable and operate as a single circuit. The matt surface minimises reflections and pairs well with contemporary interiors using neutral palettes, concrete, black steel and dark timber. At 2.18kg the fitting requires solid wall fixings into masonry or stud centres.

No. The integrated LED modules operate at fixed output and are not compatible with dimmer switches. The fitting runs on standard mains switching only.

What wall space is needed?

The Eris measures 900mm horizontally and 290mm at its tallest point. It works best on uninterrupted wall sections at least 1000mm wide, positioned above furniture or along hallways where the length can be appreciated without obstruction.

Can the three discs be positioned separately?

No. The three circular plates are fixed along a single horizontal bar in a pre-set overlapping configuration. They cannot be repositioned or separated during installation.

How is it mounted?

The fitting weighs 2.18kg and mounts via a concealed backplate that requires screws into masonry plugs or timber stud centres. Plasterboard alone will not support the weight — solid fixings are required.
