Description

The Erika is a 44cm table lamp built around a cylindrical matt black shade that tilts on a satin copper pivot, set on a single central stem with a circular weighted base. The shade houses a single E27 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) with a white inner surface that reflects light downward and forward, depending on the tilt angle set by the user.

Designed for bedside tables, compact desks and side tables where directed task light is needed without taking up floor space, the Erika's 24cm width and 15cm depth give it a footprint small enough for narrow shelves and crowded surfaces. The tilt mechanism allows the shade to be angled toward a reading position in bed, down onto a desk surface, or forward to light a wall-mounted artwork or mirror.

The matt black finish on the shade and stem gives a low-sheen surface that pairs comfortably with both industrial and contemporary interiors, while the satin copper handle on the shade and the copper detailing on the base add warmth without introducing high-gloss reflections. The 1.5kg weight keeps the lamp stable when the shade is tilted to its furthest forward position. The Class 2 double-insulated construction means no earth wire is required during installation.

The lamp takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 20W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for reading or desk work.
