This speckled ceramic ornament is a smooth, rounded stone shaped like a pebble from the shore, with three small words printed on its front: 'enjoy the journey'. The top is a deep navy blue, scattered at one side with little sand-coloured dashes, and a fine white stripe runs across it above a speckled sand base, where the words sit in neat black lower-case letters. It measures about 10.5cm at its longest, 8.5cm the other way and 4.5cm deep, so it sits comfortably in one hand and takes up very little room on a shelf or desk.
