Description

The Energizer adjustable pendant is a single-bulb light fitting with a 1.2m cable, antique brass lamp holder and base plate, and an E27 socket. The cable length is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be set at the required drop height for table lighting, kitchen island task lighting or hallway ambient lighting.

Designed for residential and hospitality interiors, the pendant fits standard UK ceiling roses and operates on 220-240V mains. The 50mm diameter lamp holder and 100mm base plate give a compact presence that works over dining tables, in alcoves, or clustered in multiples across a larger space. The IP20 rating limits use to dry interior zones only (Zone 3) — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor installation.

The antique brass finish provides a warm metallic tone that pairs with traditional, mid-century and eclectic interiors. The lamp holder accepts any standard E27 bulb up to the wattage limit (see Specification), sold separately, giving flexibility to choose LED, filament or halogen depending on the light temperature and output required. The fitting carries Class 1 electrical safety classification, requiring earthing during installation.

What bulb does it take?

The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient dining or task lighting.

Is the cable length adjustable?

Yes. The 1.2m cable can be shortened during installation to set the pendant at the required drop height. Once installed, the drop is fixed until the fitting is taken down and adjusted.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating and Zone 3 classification limit use to dry interior spaces only. It is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor installation.

Is it dimmable?

The fitting itself does not support dimming. If you install a dimmable E27 bulb and pair it with a compatible dimmer switch on the mains circuit, dimming may be possible, but check bulb and dimmer compatibility before attempting this.
