Description
The Emblaze is a 15-light chandelier built around a central satin brass hub with organic branch arms radiating outward in three tiers. Each arm ends in an opal white glass globe housing an E14 bulb (sold separately), giving the fitting a 1050mm diameter spread and a total width when lit that commands presence in double-height entrance halls, open-plan living areas and above large dining tables.
Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above, the Emblaze works as both primary lighting and architectural focal point. The 15 bulbs distribute light evenly across a horizontal plane, preventing the harsh shadowing that single-point downlights create in high-ceiling spaces. The suspension drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the fitting to hang 700-900mm above a dining table or 1500-2000mm from ceiling to globe base in entrance halls depending on the room's proportions.
The satin brass arms have a sculptural quality when unlit, with each branch tapering from a thicker base at the central hub to a narrower socket cup at the globe. The opal glass diffuses the bulb output into soft, even ambient light without glare when viewed from below. At 1050mm diameter and approximately 8kg including globes, the Emblaze requires secure ceiling fixings into joists or concrete, installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs and a compatible mains dimmer switch. Using 15 x 6W warm-white LEDs (2700K-3000K) gives a combined 90W output suitable for primary lighting in rooms up to 25-30 square metres, while lower wattages suit ambient-only applications in larger spaces with supplementary task lighting.

Frequently Asked
Does it come with bulbs?
No. The Emblaze takes 15 x E14 small Edison screw bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with 6W warm-white LED candle bulbs at 2700K-3000K for ambient lighting or 8-10W for brighter task-oriented output.
What ceiling height is needed?
The 1050mm diameter and 580mm body height suit rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above. In lower ceilings the fitting can overwhelm the space visually, and the bottom tier of globes may hang too low for comfortable movement beneath.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs and a compatible mains dimmer switch. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific LED bulbs chosen, check the bulb packaging or contact the bulb manufacturer to confirm.
How is the suspension cable adjusted?
The cable length is adjustable during installation by shortening the suspension wire at the ceiling rose. Once installed the drop is fixed unless the fitting is taken down and re-hung. A qualified electrician can advise on the optimal drop for your room during fitting.
