Description

The Emberlux is a single-light pendant built around a 300mm tall rectangular column in matte white metal, measuring 60mm square at the base. A single GU10 bulb (sold separately) sits recessed inside the bottom aperture, directing light downward through the open base onto the surface below.

Designed for kitchen islands, breakfast bars, and worktop task lighting, the Emberlux provides focused downlight rather than ambient fill. The 2000mm suspension cable is adjustable during installation, allowing the pendant to be set 600-900mm above a counter or dining table depending on ceiling height. The pendant is dimmable when paired with a compatible GU10 LED bulb and dimmer switch, letting you reduce output for evening use or increase it for food preparation and reading.

The matte white finish on the metal column gives a soft, non-reflective surface that reads as clean rather than clinical, pairing comfortably with white, grey, pale timber and light stone worktops. At 60mm square the pendant has minimal visual mass, making it suited to clustered installations where two or three pendants hang in a row above an island without overwhelming the space. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only.

The GU10 fitting accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to the maximum wattage specified for the fitting. Most users pair the Emberlux with a 5-7W LED GU10 in 3000K or 4000K depending on whether warm or neutral white light suits the kitchen palette.
