Description

The Emberara is a 500mm diameter crystal chandelier with a polished chrome ceiling plate supporting three tiers of faceted crystal rods arranged in a cascading spiral. Twelve E14 bulb holders sit within the upper tiers, each surrounded by rectangular-cut crystal prisms that catch and refract light across the full vertical drop of approximately 800mm. The crystal rods are held on a chrome frame structure that remains visible between the tiers.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Emberara suits dining rooms, entrance halls, and living spaces where the chandelier can hang clear of head height and benefit from being viewed from below. The 500mm diameter footprint works in rooms from 4m x 4m upwards without dominating the ceiling plane. The fitting connects to a standard UK ceiling rose and includes a cable grip for height adjustment during installation.

The crystal rods are machine-cut glass with bevelled edges that create spectrum effects under both daylight and artificial light. The polished chrome frame provides high reflectivity that amplifies the light scatter from the crystals, while the three-tier arrangement creates depth and movement as the viewing angle changes. Each E14 socket accepts candle-style bulbs up to 40W (sold separately), with dimmable LED candle bulbs recommended for controlling brightness and reducing heat build-up within the crystal tiers.

The Emberara carries an IP20 rating, limiting it to indoor dry locations only — kitchens, bathrooms, and any outdoor or damp environments are not suitable. The chrome finish is lacquered to resist tarnishing and can be maintained with a dry microfibre cloth. The crystal elements attract dust and benefit from periodic gentle cleaning with a barely-damp cloth, ensuring the chandelier is switched off and bulbs are cool before handling.
