Elsa Round Canopy Kit 52cm - Chrome

This is the round canopy from the Elsa range: a shallow disc finished in chrome, with three openings set across its face. Each opening receives a pendant drop, so a group of separate hanging lights can be gathered overhead and read as one considered arrangement rather than a scatter of unrelated fittings. At 52cm across it is a generous piece, yet the profile is slim enough that the disc stays quiet above and lets the drops beneath do the talking. Being non-electrical, it carries no lamp of its own.

We reach for a canopy like this over a dining table or a kitchen island, where one pendant would not give enough light and three hung from separate points would look haphazard. We would keep it to dry indoor rooms such as dining rooms, kitchens, hallways and stairwells rather than a steamy or splash prone space.
