Description

The Elsa is a 225mm diameter glass bell pendant light with a clear outer shade and a frosted inner diffuser, suspended on a 2350mm adjustable cable. The pendant takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) and uses the dual-layer glass construction to soften the light output while maintaining visual transparency from a distance.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and breakfast bars where the pendant sits 600-800mm above the surface, the Elsa works either as a single fitting over a small table or in a row of two or three across a longer island. The 2350mm cable length allows adjustment during installation to suit ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m. The clear outer glass reflects ambient daylight and artificial light from the surrounding room, while the frosted inner layer prevents direct bulb glare when the fitting is viewed from below.

The bell form measures 225mm across the widest point and tapers towards the base, giving the pendant a compact profile that doesn't dominate sightlines in open-plan spaces. The frosted inner diffuser is held inside the clear outer shade with a ceramic lamp holder assembly at the top, creating a layered visual effect when lit. The pendant weighs 1.27kg once fitted, requiring secure fixing to a ceiling rose rated for at least 2kg. The E27 socket accepts bulbs up to 60W equivalent, and dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb type chosen.
