Description

The Elsa is a 22.5cm glass bell pendant with a dual-layer shade: a reflective chrome outer glass and a frosted inner cone that diffuses the light from a single E27 bulb fitting. The chrome outer catches and reflects ambient light and its surroundings, while the frosted inner layer softens direct glare and spreads the downward light more evenly across surfaces below.

Designed for kitchen islands, hallway runs and dining tables, the Elsa works individually as accent lighting over a small table or in multiples spaced 600-800mm apart along a larger island or worktop. The 2350mm cable drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be set 700-900mm above a worktop or dining surface depending on ceiling height. The bell profile directs most light downwards with minimal spill above the shade.

The chrome finish on the outer glass picks up tones from surrounding stainless steel appliances, polished chrome taps and metallic furniture, creating visual consistency in contemporary kitchens. The frosted inner cone prevents the bulb from being visible when viewed from below, reducing glare while maintaining brightness. At 1.27kg the pendant has enough weight to hang straight on the cable without additional suspension hardware.
