Description

The Ellery is a single light flush ceiling light with a glass shade, available in brushed nickel, black or brass to suit your scheme. It measures 310mm across with a 215mm projection, making it a compact fitting that sits neatly on the ceiling without taking up too much space overhead or interrupting a lower ceiling. It takes one E27 lamp, not included, rated up to 10W, so it's simple to fit and just as simple to keep running.

Being a smaller, single light fitting, the Ellery suits rooms where you don't need a lot of light from one point, a landing, a smaller bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe or a hallway. Its compact 310mm diameter also makes it easy to fit into a tighter space, such as a stairwell or narrow hallway, where a larger fitting would feel out of place. It also works well as one of a pair or a row along a corridor, spaced out to give an even level of light along the length of the space. The glass shade keeps the light soft and diffused rather than harsh.

Choose brushed nickel or brass for a warmer, more traditional look, or black for something more contemporary, each finished to sit happily with the glass shade. Wipe the glass and frame with a soft, dry cloth, keeping abrasive cleaners away from both. It's fully dimmable with a compatible dimmable E27 lamp and a suitable dimmer, so a warm white LED lamp will let you soften the light in the evening, and it forms part of our wider Ellery range if you'd like to use more than one finish through the home.
