Description

The Elena is a 2 light crystal wall light with a curved gold-tone frame fully wrapped in hand-applied Asfour clear crystal beads, and a built-in switch on the backplate. Two E14 candle bulbs (sold separately, up to 60W each) sit on polished brass-tone holders at the ends of the crystal-wrapped arms, with cut crystal drip dishes beneath each bulb. The 330mm width and 210mm projection make the Elena suited to flanking mirrors, fireplaces or beds where paired installation is common.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms, the Elena provides ambient accent lighting rather than primary room illumination. The integrated switch on the circular backplate allows the light to be operated without reaching for a separate wall switch, which is useful in bedrooms and hallways where the switch position may not align with furniture placement. The 160mm height keeps the fitting compact enough for positioning at standard switch-height (1200-1400mm from floor) or higher for over-bed or over-console placement.

The full crystal wrap covers the metal arms almost entirely, leaving only the circular backplate, the bulb holders and the drip dishes exposed in the gold-tone finish. When lit, the crystal beads refract light across the wall and ceiling, producing scattered highlights rather than a focused beam. The Elena is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED or halogen bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer, allowing output to be adjusted for evening use.

The gold-tone finish is a warm metallic that sits between polished brass and antique brass in tone, pairing well with warm-toned interiors, traditional furniture and other gold or brass fixtures. The Asfour crystal is lead-free and machine-cut for consistency, then hand-strung onto the frame during assembly at Diyas's workshops.
