Description

The Edge is a 1m linear LED ground light built from black powder-coated aluminium with an integrated 15W LED strip running the full length of the body. The fitting mounts flush to the ground on two bracket feet at each end, with a swivelling diffuser that rotates to direct light upwards, across horizontal surfaces, or at an angle onto walls, planting beds or architectural features.

Designed for outdoor pathways, patio edges, garden borders, and driveway perimeters, the Edge provides continuous line-of-light rather than pooled spots. The IP65 rating seals the LED and driver against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, making the fitting suitable for ground-level installation in exposed positions including coastal gardens. The 3000K colour temperature and 1000 lumen output provide warm white illumination across the 1m run, sufficient to mark pathway edges or wash light across 2-3m of vertical wall surface when angled upwards.

The aluminium body measures 100cm x 6.5cm x 5.9cm and weighs approximately 1.2kg. The black powder coat resists UV degradation and corrosion in wet conditions. The two mounting brackets fix to hard surfaces (paving, concrete, decking) with screws, or can be staked into firmer soil or gravel with ground anchors. The swivel mechanism on the diffuser allows the light direction to be adjusted after installation without repositioning the entire fitting, useful when planting layouts change or seasonal growth alters light requirements.
