Can it be used in a bathroom?

IP54 meets the minimum rating for bathroom zone 2 (areas outside the shower enclosure and 60cm from a bath edge). However, this fitting is designed as an outdoor wall light and its circular form and 240mm diameter may not suit typical bathroom wall dimensions. How is it mounted?
