Description

The Knightsbridge dual voltage shaver socket provides both 115V and 230V AC outlets behind a brushed chrome rounded-edge faceplate with a white insert. Designed specifically for bathrooms, the socket accepts UK and international electric shavers and toothbrushes without needing a separate adapter, with the voltage switching automatically based on which outlet is used.

The IP41 rating protects against solid objects above 1mm and vertically dripping water, making the socket suitable for bathroom zones where shaver sockets are permitted under BS 7671 wiring regulations. The socket fits a standard 47mm minimum back box depth and uses a rounded-edge faceplate that sits flush to the wall once installed. The built-in gasket behind the faceplate provides additional moisture resistance and a cleaner finish around the plate edges.

The brushed chrome finish on the premium-grade steel faceplate provides a cool metallic accent that pairs with chrome taps, towel rails and bathroom fittings. The white insert behind the chrome frame defines the outlet apertures and creates contrast against the metal surround.
