Description

The Drawing Room is a five-light chandelier built around a die-cast aluminium frame finished in walnut, with five downward-facing bell-shaped glass shades. Each shade is pressed glass with a decorative fretwork band at the collar, and the metal scrollwork arms curve outward from a central column in a classical five-point configuration. The frame carries visible detail work including fluted collars at each light position and layered scroll terminals at the arm ends.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and sitting rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the chandelier provides general ambient lighting across a 3-4m room diameter when fitted with five E27 bulbs (sold separately). The 635mm diameter suits rectangular dining tables of 1.8-2.4m length and round tables up to 1.5m diameter. The drop is adjustable on installation between 660mm and 2185mm via a chain-and-cable system, allowing the fitting to be positioned 700-900mm above a table surface or lower in taller rooms with vaulted ceilings.

The walnut finish is a mid-to-dark brown metal coating with a low-sheen surface that reads warmer than oil-rubbed bronze but cooler than antique brass.
