Description

This down arrow directional legend is a 322mm green polycarbonate panel that clips onto the Knightsbridge EMSWING emergency exit sign base unit. The legend shows a running figure and a downward-pointing arrow, indicating the direction of the nearest emergency exit route when the exit path requires descending stairs or moving to a lower level.

The EMSWING range uses interchangeable legends, allowing a single base unit to be adapted to different directional requirements without replacing the entire fitting. This legend is used in stairwells, multi-storey buildings and corridors where the exit route requires moving down to ground level. The green polycarbonate construction is impact-resistant and suitable for commercial, retail and public building installations.

The legend clips onto the front of the EMSWING base unit (sold separately) and is backlit by the base unit's LED array. The IP20 rating makes it suitable for indoor use in dry locations. The 322mm width matches the standard EMSWING housing width, and the polycarbonate material maintains colour consistency over the 3-year warranty period without yellowing or fading under continuous LED illumination.
