Description

The Knightsbridge LED reading light combines a wall-mounted 2W LED spotlight with dual USB-A charging ports behind a brushed chrome screwless faceplate. The lamp head sits on a 372mm flexible goose-neck arm that bends to position the beam where it's needed, with touch-sensitive dimming and on/off control built into the head unit itself.

Designed for bedside walls, headboard recesses and home office reading corners, the fitting mounts into a standard back box with a 25-35mm minimum depth depending on wiring arrangement. The dual USB-A ports deliver 5V DC at 2.4A shared output, allowing two devices to charge simultaneously while the reading light is in use. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed.

The integrated 2W LED produces 55 lumens of 3000K warm white light through a 120-degree beam angle, giving enough directed light for reading in bed or at a desk without illuminating the entire room. The touch dimmer on the lamp head allows the output to be reduced for late-evening reading or increased for tasks requiring sharper focus. Yes, the lamp head has touch-sensitive dimming built in. Touch once to turn on, hold to dim or brighten, touch again to turn off. The specification table lists "Dimmable: No" because the unit is not compatible with external wall dimmer switches — the dimming is controlled only by the touch interface on the head unit.

What USB charging output does it provide?

The dual USB-A ports deliver 5V DC at 2.4A shared between both ports. This is sufficient for charging phones, tablets and most small devices, though the current is split when two devices are charging simultaneously.

Can the arm be adjusted?

Yes. The 372mm goose-neck arm is flexible and holds position once bent, allowing the lamp head to be directed to a reading position, onto a desk surface or towards a specific area of a bed or chair.
