Description

Our dimmable LED GLS bulb has the classic rounded pear shape most people picture when they think of a light bulb, with a frosted opal white shell and a silver E27 screw cap. That cap is the larger standard screw fitting used by a great many ceiling pendants, table lamps and floor lamps. The bulb runs on mains voltage, draws 11W and gives 1,055lm of light at 2700K, a warm white with the soft, slightly golden tone that feels relaxed in a home after dark.

It suits any lamp or pendant that takes an E27 cap, in the living room, dining room, bedroom or hallway. The frosted finish spreads the light evenly and keeps the LEDs out of sight, so it looks tidy in open shades and bare pendants where the bulb itself is on show. Because it is dimmable, one bulb can give you bright light for reading or tidying and a gentler glow later in the evening. At 1,055lm it is a generous output for a single bulb, well suited to a main ceiling light.
