Description

This is a dimmable LED filament bulb in the classic A shape, with copper-coloured vaporised glass around a spiral filament. It is 13cm long and 7.5cm across, and it screws into any standard E27 lamp holder. It draws 4W and gives 30 lumens at 2000K, a very warm, amber-toned light. Its IP20 rating settles where it belongs: indoors, in a dry room. The brass-coloured screw cap finishes it neatly.

With 30 lumens, this is a decorative bulb rather than a working one, and it is not suitable as a main light source. We would choose it wherever the bulb itself is meant to be seen: a bare pendant over a dining table, an open lamp holder on a wall, or a table lamp left without a shade. The mirrored copper glass reflects the room whenever the bulb is dark, and once lit the spiral glows through the tint as a soft amber coil. Pair it with brighter lighting elsewhere so the room stays usable while this bulb sets the mood.
