Description
The Davos is a sand white outdoor wall light with four integrated LEDs delivering 2200 lumens of 2700K warm white light through a geometric metal housing. The light projects both upward and downward, creating wash lighting on the wall surface above and below the fitting, with a beam angle adjustable between 0-120° depending on mounting position.
Designed for exterior walls on houses, courtyards, and commercial buildings, the Davos provides ambient illumination for seating areas, pathways and architectural features. The IP54 rating protects the electronics from dust and water splashes, making the fitting suitable for locations with rain exposure but not direct submersion. The 24W LED output is dimmable when paired with a suitable LED-compatible dimmer on the circuit, allowing brightness to be adjusted from full 2200lm output down to a low background level.
The sand white powder-coated metal finish gives a clean appearance against white, cream and light-coloured render, while the 200mm width and 100mm height keep the fitting proportionally low-profile on walls between 2.4m and 3m height. The 100mm projection from the wall positions the light source forward of the building line, reducing harsh shadows on the wall immediately behind the fitting. Multiple Davos fittings can be spaced at 1.5-2m centres for rhythmic wash lighting along a facade or garden wall.

Frequently Asked
What does IP54 mean for outdoor use?
IP54 means the fitting is protected against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. It can be mounted on walls exposed to rain but should not be positioned where it could be directly hosed or submerged. Typical locations include exterior house walls, covered porches, and garden walls.
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 30,000 hours of use, which equates to around 10 years at 8 hours per day. The entire fitting would need replacing at end of LED life.
What type of dimmer is required?
The Davos requires an LED-compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer rated for the wattage of the circuit. Standard incandescent dimmers may cause flickering or reduced LED lifespan. Check the dimmer manufacturer's compatibility list before installation.
How is the light directed?
The four LEDs inside the housing project light through openings at the top and bottom of the fitting, creating upward and downward wash effects on the wall. The beam angle varies depending on how the fitting is oriented during mounting, with a range of 0-120°.
