Description

Clear Asfour crystal and polished chrome carry the look here, with a white shade set over two G9 lamps. At 35cm across it is a mid-sized fitting, broad enough to hold attention above a table yet restrained enough for a modest ceiling. The drop can be set short or let out to a full two metres, so it can hang low over a worktop or stay well clear in a room with height to spare. Nothing about it is fussy: the outline does the tidying and the crystal supplies the shine.

We reach for this one where a room wants a little sparkle without a full chandelier: over a round dining table, in an entrance hall, at the foot of a stairwell, or above a dressing table. The white shade keeps the light soft and even, while the crystal does the work of catching it. We would fit LED capsules for the lower running cost, and if you want the level adjustable, choose dimmable lamps and pair them with a compatible dimmer.
