Description
The Dallas is a 25-light linear suspension measuring 123.5cm long, built around a polished chrome metal frame carrying 25 smoked glass globes. Each globe houses a G9 bulb (28W per bulb, sold separately), and the smoked glass diffuses the light output while the mirrored chrome surfaces multiply reflections across the room.
Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Dallas provides distributed task and ambient light across a 1.2-1.5m surface below. The suspension height is adjustable between 31.9cm and 133.9cm, allowing the fitting to be positioned 70-90cm above a dining table or worktop depending on ceiling height. The rectangular canopy mounts to a standard UK ceiling rose and the cables run through the suspension wires.
The 25 globes are arranged in a linear cluster along the chrome frame, with four larger outer globes at the ends and 21 smaller globes distributed across the centre section. The smoked glass tone shifts from grey to warm amber depending on whether the bulbs are on or off, and the polished chrome finish reflects surrounding colours and daylight. The IP20 rating restricts the Dallas to indoor use in dry rooms only.
The linear format suits rectangular dining tables and kitchen islands better than round tables, where the 123.5cm length would overhang the edges. The combined weight of the metal frame and 25 glass globes requires secure fixing to a joist or ceiling batten capable of supporting the load.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Dallas take?
The Dallas uses 25 x G9 bulbs at 28W each, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED G9 bulbs between 2700K-3000K to match the warm amber tone of the smoked glass when lit.
What table length does it suit?
The 123.5cm linear format suits rectangular dining tables between 160-220cm long and kitchen islands of similar length. For round or square tables, the linear arrangement would overhang the edges asymmetrically.
How high should it hang above the table?
The suspension height is adjustable between 31.9cm and 133.9cm. For dining tables, position the globes 70-80cm above the table surface. For kitchen islands, 80-90cm above the worktop provides task light without obstructing sight lines.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating restricts the Dallas to dry indoor rooms only. It is not suitable for bathrooms, kitchens zones 1-2, or any location exposed to moisture or splashing.
