Description

The Dalia is an 18cm square LED wall light with a layered design pairing a gold inner square with a white outer frame, creating depth through the offset geometry. The integrated 18W LED sits behind the gold layer and emits 1260 lumens of 3000K warm white light, washing the wall above and below the fitting with ambient illumination.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, living rooms and hotel corridors where ambient wall lighting is needed without protruding far from the wall surface, the Dalia's 63mm projection makes it suitable for narrow passages and alongside furniture. The fitting mounts directly to the wall via a rear-plate bracket and draws power from a standard 230V mains supply. The gold and white finish combination pairs with both warm-toned interiors and cooler greys or whites.

The gold inner layer is a metallic finish applied to the metal frame rather than gold leaf, giving a reflective surface that amplifies the LED output. The white outer frame is powder-coated metal. The non-dimmable LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of operation at full output, and the fitting is manufactured by Mantra in Spain with a 3-year warranty.

Is the Dalia dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and operates at full 18W output when switched on. If dimming is required, a different Mantra wall light with a dimmable driver would be needed.

What is the light distribution pattern?

The LED sits behind the gold inner square and casts light upwards and downwards along the wall surface, creating a wash effect above and below the fitting. The white outer frame partially blocks direct light forward into the room, directing most of the output onto the wall itself.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

The Dalia carries no IP rating in the specification table, which means it is not rated for bathroom zones 1 or 2 where water ingress is possible. It can be installed in zone 3 (more than 60cm from a water source) or in hallways, bedrooms and living rooms.

How is it wired?

The fitting connects to a standard 230V mains supply via a rear terminal block. Installation requires connecting live, neutral and earth wires and securing the backplate to the wall with screws and wall plugs. This is notifiable electrical work in the UK and should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
